statingthat the determination letter has been completed? If not no worries, I'm still trying to troubleshoot our
"newer" processing system.

For our site visit tomorrow at Cane Creek Reservoir, we will meet outside the gate on the driveway that connects to
Stanford Rd at or about the marker shown below. If you are coming off of Hwy 54, the driveway is the first road on
the left. The gate is in view very shortly after you turn onto the driveway. I will wait foryou therein a blue
Mazda3. Once we are both there, we will go in the gate and drive to the parking area nearest the project
area. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thankyou!

I spoke with our central office, and it sounds like we will need a buffer determination completed prior to continuing
our review of this project. Since it is an OWASA project, that typically means it will be publicly funded, and
therefore DWR will have jurisdiction when making this buffer call. Please feel free to use the link below to submit
the buffer determination request and I'll do my best to get out on site at my earliest availability. Once the
determination has been completed, I will be able to resume review. For now, this project will be placed on hold.
