Consultation (BA). This process takes an additional 9-12 months to acquire a Biological Opinion from the USFWS.
Alternate dates below are provided as possible conservation measures to include in a BA:
-can tree clearing be avoided during the maternity season (May 15 — August 15)?
-can tree clearing be avoided during the pupping season (June 1 —July 31)?
