The project is located within the service area (Upper New Hope Subwatershed of Jordan Lake) that this Bank is allowed to provide riparian buffer credits for buffer mitigation requirements. Per the Reservation and Sales Agreement between the City of Durham and RestorEcology Jordan, LLC these credits have been reserved for the Project for up to five (5) years from March 19, 2024.
