2005?? - When BR became incorporated, amount of Bermuda Run land in Yadkin R watershed
(that also lies within Davie Co) would be subtracted from Davie Co. Davie Co's acreage in
Yadkin R watershed would be reduced and so 10/70 allocation would be reduced as well.
According to Bermuda Run map, 2149 acres of Bermuda Run lie within Yadkin R (WS Lower)
watershed. Thus, 2149 acres would be subtracted from Davie Co acreage and this would result
in lower amount of land Davie Co has in water supply watershed (6330-2149=4181)

Davie County and Bermuda Ru relationship
- Better define the interlocal agreement between DC and BR that BR contracts to DC. This
needs to be signed by both parties. They try to get this revised agreement to me as
soon as possible.
Acreage differences
- 1996 change in how the 10 mile protected area measure change from direct land area
to run of river
- 1997—change—even after map amended, the minutes refer to 7229 acres.

BR wants confirmation that tracking is accurate and that discussions indicate that 326.5 is
accurage
The final report not only include the accurate 10/70 tracking and BR was also very transparent
and open.
Prepare draft report that has preliminary summary
2/16/2024— BR will send the most recent spreadsheet and the revised meeting summary.
If we use the 7223 number, Davie County will have to be notified because they need to change
their records.
