Subject: MegaPark submittal
I've reviewed the stormwater treatment plans and calculations for the road runoff portion (Phase 1) of the MegaPark
project and I consider those plans to meet the stormwater requirements for Phase I approval. I've also reviewed the
conceptual plans for the two wet detention ponds for Phase 11 and the single pond proposal for Phase 111. The sizing and
design of those devices are consistent with our rules and BMP Manual. Do I need to write something more specific for
you? If so, just let me know.
