Pender County: Over Northeast Cape Fear River on NC 210, Bridge #21, Rocky
Point, NC
Proposed Project: The applicant proposes to replace the existing 590' long bridge over NE Cape Fear
River with a 290' box girder concrete bridge spanning the river and the adjacent
wetlands. Approximately 550' of causeway would be excavated from the existing
roadbed with 450 of that area restored to its previous wetland hydrology.
