Describe the overall project in detail, including indirect impacts and the type of equipment to be used: * Replace the existing single span 27' long by 32' wide timber bridge with a single span 40' long by 30' wide, 21" cored slab bridge. Permanent impacts include 66' of bank stabilization in California Creek. Temporary impacts include 27' of dewatering of California Creek for bank stabilization installation and the relocation of a waterline, 62' of California Creek being piped for a temporary detour, and 28' of the UT being relocated to a new channel draining to the upstream end of the temporary pipe. California Creek and its UT will be restored to preconstruction conditions when the detour is removed. Equipment to be used include trackhoes, dump trucks, and a crane. 5.
