Enoch Engineers has gathered the information requested in the request for more information letter from
DWQ 401 Permitting Unit dated October 26, 2007. Below is a plenary inventory of partially existing and/or
proposed project imperviousness area based on the estimated built-out conditions. Please note that
imperviousness area resulting from housing structures were based on an average of approximately six (6)
designer homes all within a range of approximately 1,195 square feet (sq. ft.) to approximately 1,550 sq. ft
Thus, an average imperviousness area for a typical home is 1 420 ~._f0.033 acresl. Average driveway
imperviousness area for a single lot is approximately 1 143 sq. ft. (0.026 acresl. Road widths from edge of
pavement (EOP) to EOP are thirty (30) feet:
