Inspection Summary:
This is an Annual Report (AR) review. A site visit was not conducted as part of this review.
The Chain of Custody for the TCLP analysis was marked as unpreserved. The Lab receiving sheet for the TCLP sample
indicates the sampled was submitted and preserved with wet ice. In future, please indicate Ice as a method of preservation
on all C.O.C.s where sample analysis is performed.
PAN and SAR values were analysis presented in the AR for all four quarters.
In future, please include the populated calculations for PAN and SAR in the AR.
Lime amendments were applied as needed on the field recieving biosolid material.
