Please accept my apologies for not getting this to you earlier. Attached the results of the sampling along
with a cover letter from LaBella letting us know that the sludge does not meet the criteria for being
hazardous. Since the dried sludge material is not a hazardous waste based on metals content, we can
accept it at the landfill.
Please coordinate all shipments of the material with Rodney Hamby, Landfill Manager.
