Pursuant to 15A NCAC 02T .0I07(a), the Non -Discharge Branch acknowledges the receipt of your
permit renewal request received on April 1, 2024. The Central Office's primary reviewer of your
application package is Zachary Mega.
Within 90 days of application receipt, Central and Wilmington Regional Office staff will perform
a detailed review of the provided application and will either contact you with a request for additional
information or take a final permitting action. If the Non -Discharge Branch requests additional information,
the 90-day processing period begins on the date the Non -Discharge Branch receives the additional
information. Please note Wilmington Regional Office staff may contact you to schedule a site visit.
