The Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) has received and reviewed the 2023 Annual Report (AR)
for the above permit. The report indicates that land application occurred on nine program
permitted fields.
All analytical data appears to be present. The report indicates the program is compliant with
the permit for the class B residuals. Please be sure to indicate the method of sample
preservation on the Chain of Custody (C.O.C.) when submitting samples for analysis.
