On April 4, 2024, a site inspection was conducted for NC Air National Guard located at 4930 Minuteman Way,
Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. A copy of the Compliance Inspection Report is enclosed for your review.
Mr. Sam Ingram, the facility's Environmental Manager, and Mr. Jon Gynn, the facility's State Environmental
Officer, were present during the inspection and their time and assistance is greatly appreciated. The site visit and
file review revealed that the subject facility is covered by NPDES Stormwater General Peciuit NCG150071. Permit
coverage authorizes the discharge of stormwater from the facility to receiving waters designated as Taggart Creek,
class C waters in the Catawba River Basin.
As a result of the inspection, the facility was found to be compliant with the conditions of the NCG150071 permit.

the inspection.

Inspection Summary:
Kathryn Peterson and Stephanie Landers inspected NC Air National Guard on April 3,2024 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Sam
Ingram (Environmental Manager)and Jon Gynn (State Environmental Officer)were also present. Inspection took place in
responce to ROS request, and a compliance inspection was also completed. Facility recently swtiched to NCG15 permit
coverage from NCGO8 permit coverage to better represent their activities. The facility had ROS with their previous COC und€
NCG080607,which was switched to NCG150071. Mr. Ingram requested outfall 001 to be representative of 002, 003, 004,
and 005 which matches the previous ROS coverage under NCG08. Outfalls were inspected, and it is recommended to grant
the ROS request under NCG150071. Site was in compliance.
