BEGINNING at a sweet gum, Olin Eason's property corner and runs thence with two of
his lines as follows: 1st, N. 59 deg. And 45 min. W. 1700 feet to an iron stake; 2nd, S.87
deg. And 30 mins. W. 350 feet to a sweet gum on the East bank of Twelve Mile Creek,
and on V.A. Moore's property line; thence with said Moore's line N. 8 deg. W. (up said
creek) 1518 feet to an iron stake, on the East side of said creek, Joe Deese's property
corner; thence with three of said Deese's line as follows: 1st, S. 37 deg. E 876 feet to an

BEGINNING at a point in the center line of Potter Road ( State Road#1346), said point
being South 68 deg.31 min. 11 sec. East 77 feet from the Southeast corner of Leonard
Kilgo's property ( Deed Book Reference 397, page 857), and running thence , along and
with the center line of a 20 foot wide driveway easement,North 8 deg. 53 min. 49 sec.
East 500 feet to an iron, thence North 64 deg. 43 min 22 sec West 1507.06 feet to an iron,
said iron being the Southeast corner of 1.34 acre tract being deeded herewith to Carl

and 50 minutes East 386 feet to a point in the center of a road, indicated by an iron stake
on the West side of said road and in said line; thence with the center line of said road
South 51 degrees and 15 minutes West 386 feet to the BEGINNING and containing 1.5
acres as surveyed by T.C. Dove, R.L.S., August 10, 1963 and being part of the property
conveyed by Willie Mac Price and wife, to Luther McCoy and wife,by deed recorded in

Highway No. 1346) , said point being 464 feet North of the center of the intersection of
Potter Road (N.C.Highway No. 1162) with the Wesley- Chapel Stouts Road, and runs
thence South 87 degrees West 186 feet to an iron stake; thence North 3 degrees West 234
feet to an iron stake; thence North 87 degrees East 186 feet to a point located in the center
of the Wesley Chapel- Stouts Road; thence with the center line of said road, South 3
degrees East 234 feet to the point of BEGINNING and containing 1 acre, more of less, as
