Mr. Boss,

This letter is in response to your 3-21-23 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

We exceeded the daily limit of 25 #/100ml on 11/30/23 with a 31 #/100ml. The
exceedance was sampled on the last day of the month. The December fecals were
compliant.

We will make every effort to fully comply with additional testing and daily adjustments
as needed.
