The 2023 Residuals Annual Report for Granville Farms Land Application of Class B Residuals
program was reviewed by WQRRO staff March 22, 2024, and a site visit and discussion with
Granville Farms staff on April 2,2024. The report was received on February 28, 2024. A signed
certification form was submitted and indicated compliance. The report was compiled and
submitted by Soil Plus, LLC.
During 2023, Granville Farms collected and distributed approximately 2283.56 dry tons of
residuals sourced from facilities listed in attachment A of the permit to 50 fields listed in
attachment B of the permit compromising a total of 914.91 acres.
Metals and nutrients analysis were completed as required with no exceedances of permit limits.
TCLP analyses were completed for all source facilities where these analyses are required by the
permit except for the Kerr Lake Regional Water Treatment Plant. TCLP analyses is only
required once per permit cycle for this facility, and therefore, the absence of these analyses in
the report is not a violation of the permit condition.
Pathogen and vector Attraction reduction is required for all source facilities excluding three
and was conducted for all source facilities as required by the permit.
The report was received on time and in the proper format. At the time of the report review the
facility appeared compliant with the annual reporting requirements.
