Good Morning Kristi Lynn,
The Corps decided that this project could be authorized under Nationwide 3 instead of Nationwide 14 as noted in the
application. Therefore, this project will not require written approval since it does not exceed the thresholds of WQC
3883 and should be considered a courtesy copy. I'm going to respond to the Corps NW 3 approval e-mail that was sent
out on Friday stating the above and will copy you on it. If it is not too much trouble to refund the permit fee that would
be great, if it's too late don't worry about it. DOT should have consulted with the Corps on the permit requirements
before they submitted the application. Just let me know.
