Sheri attached is a copy of are revised grading plan. We have removed the bottomless culvert from the plan and
replaced them with reinforced concrete pipe. The length of disturbance has highlighted on the PDF. This plan also shows
the two dry detention ponds on the site that were required by the City of Durham. The detention is for the 2 -yr, 10 -yr,
and 25 -yr rain events.

I thought we had what we needed for the State permit for the wetlands impacts. However upon further inspection
of their request, I see that they in fact need the geo tec report for the bottomless culverts and they also want the actual

stormwater management plan complete with calculations, and supportive materials etc. I do not have the stormwat
report only the figures you sent. I will call you shortly to make sure we are on the same page. Thanks i
