The best date for me the week of 21 December is Mon., 21 December, in the afternoon. I could meet you and Kimley- Horn wherever you choose at 1 PM. If that date is a problem for Kimley-Horn, I could try to re-arrange some appointments I have on Tues, 22 December, and fit it in then. I apologize for the delay in contacting you about this. Please reply or call if you have any questions or if I may serve you in any other way. The Wilmington District is committed to providing the highest level of support to the public.
