The WWTP appeared to be well operated and maintained. No discrepancies were noted during the inspection, with the exception of the flow meter calibration records. Mr. Walters and Mr. Patrick do a very good job with regards to keeping records. Nicholas Walters WW-2, 1010678 is listed as the ORC and Brandon Patrick WW-4, 1006821 is listed as the Backup ORC. The May and October 2023 eDMRs were spot checked with the results on the lab result reports. No discrepancies were noted. The effluent was very clear on the day of the inspection. Discrepancies: 1. The ORC fills out a paper DMR every month but has no password to file an electronic eDMR. 2. The ORC had no records of the last flow meter calibration.
