The answer is that we have a couple different options for handling this but they depend on some follow up info. Do you have an idea of when the revised full IP submittal will be ready? -Sue From: Duerr, Keven <kduerr@hazenandsawyer.com> Sent: Friday, March 29, 2024 12:55 PM To: Montalvo, Sheri A <sheri.montalvo@deg. nc.gov> Subject: [External] FW: Fee Request for Big Branch 2 Force Main and Pump Station ID # 20240227 Ver 1 on 3/28/2024 CAUTION: External email. Hi Sheri, I have a couple of questions regarding the fee request below. The USACE determined that a Standard Permit is needed due to the project affecting an area that provided mitigation, which was required by SHPO under an EIS for a separate project. We are in the process of preparing the additional application materials for the Standard Permit under Section 404. Will the revised submittal to USACE nullify the original submittal (and associated fee below) to DWR? In other words, should we pay the 401 review fee below now or wait until we resubmit to the USACE with copy to DWR? Secondly, was there an issue with the submittal on 2/5 that resulted in the fee not being requested until 3/28? Thankyou, Ms. Keven Duerr Associate I Hazen and Sawyer 4011 WestChase Blvd., Suite 500, Raleigh, NC 27607 919 863-9350 (direct); 919 522-4269 (mobile) kduer10azenandsawyer.com I hazenandsawyer.com From: laserfiche.ncdenr.gov@mccicloud.io <laserfiche.ncdenr.gov@mccicloud.io> Sent: Thursday, March 28, 2024 2:03 PM To: Duerr, Keven <kduerr@hazenandsawyer.com> Subject: Fee Request for Big Branch 2 Force Main and Pump Station ID # 20240227 Ver 1 on 3/28/2024 Caution!
