We will not be removing any trees in the 30 foot buffer area. The current condition of the land already has rip rap in place that is
damaged, debris and garbage on the banks, and the land is generally just dirt with weeds and grasses and a few trees which we plan
to preserve.

application fee is as follows (pursuant to G.S. 143-215.3D):
o $323.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of less than 1 acre
o $767.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
