New single-family residence, including driveway, basement, covered parking with living areas above. Footprint
of residence is 800 square feet, plus semi -pervious elevated decks. Shed -roof drainage is dispersed in lieu of
gutters and downspouts. Traditional residential -scale construction equipment will be used, including tree clearing,
excavator, and lull -type forklift.

The home is designed vertically to have a minimum built footprint to limit site disturbance.
