Hi Tasha,

I have reviewed the information sent to me on the Streambank Stabilization - Leicester Community
Center/Youth Camp on an unnamed tributary to Sluder Branch in Buncombe County. This project should not
have affected trout and the activities did not need to be avoided during the trout spawning moratorium.

We offer the following recommendation: Tall Fescue is specified in the planting plan; it should not be used in
the temporary seed mix along riparian areas. We recommend an alternative of Oats, Wheat, or Rye Grain.
