The "current" UNC project DAVIS LAKE 15-0620, is on Hold in BIMS. It is now an INDIVIDUAL permit. Davis Lake is an
existing pond in the middle of campus. NO new stormwater discharges, outfalls are proposed to this pond. Basically some
reconfiguration and enlargement of the pond, with the construction of a "forebay".
There are other proposed projects (discussed during a previous site visit) that should be included under or with the
project.
I have asked for the other projects that have been constructed in the past, so that we can link the past project (that taken
individually, may not or didn't required 401 notification). As well as an overlay of the master plan (proposed) to the
existing conditions. Much of the work at the site is all part of a Master Plan and like the Charlotte Airport, should be
consider as a single project with multiple phases.
I only find one other project 11-1096 in BIMS that we issued a 401.
Jennifer, I have no other comments regarding the project.
