Wetlands & Waters, Inc. is submitting this request on behalf of the applicant, Mr. Kory Reimann of BOMA North
Carolina LLC, for the above referenced project. The applicant hereby requests that the U.S Army Corps of
Engineers and the North Carolina Division of Water Resources withdraw the application for a Standard (Individual)
Permit for the project referred to as Caleb's Creek located in Forsythe County, NC. The applicant intends to modify
the scope of the Standard (Individual) Permit to include impacts previously authorized by Water Quality
Certification numbers 4132 and 4135 on January 11, 2018.
