ENVIRONMENTAL INSPECTION REPORT

SUMMARY OF INSPECTION
A construction/routine inspection was completed on 3/6/2024.
Issues found: Due to recent and current rainfall, turbine pits were filling with rainwater. The pumps were running but
discharging into the fields, roads, and back into the pit. Emmett suggested turning the pumps off. One of the filter bags
that was moved back onto a platform has migrated back into the ditch.
Comments: Limited work is occurring due to the Apex stop work order. The Eis are monitoring pumps and filter bags
and conditions of roads and culverts.
