The following stormwater conveyances fhrough the ripening buffer are either deemed allowable or allowable up0u authorization, as defined in Sub -Item (9)(a) of this Role, provided that they do not erode through the riparian buffer and den not cause erosion to the receiving waterbody. Stormwater conveyances through the riparian buff that are not listed below shall be allowable with exception as defined in Sub-Item(9)(apv) of Six Role: (a) The following are deemed allowable as defend in Sub-Imam(9)(a)(i) of this Sale: (i) New drainage conveyances firing a Primnry SCM, as defined in 15A NCAC 02H .1002, when the Primary SCM is designed to treat the drainage area to the conveyance and flat comply with a stormwater management plan reviewed and approved under a state st0rmwater program or a stateapproved local goverment stmmwater program; and (it) New stermwater flow to existing drainage conveyances provided that the addition ofnew flow does not result in the need to after dre conveyance.
