Dear Mr. Woodrum:
On April 1, 2024, Division of Water Resources staff Caitlin Caudle completed a review of
the 2023 residuals annual report for Alltech DCAR. This review reflected noncompliance
with the subject permit. The following violation was noted:
1. Per Permit Condition IV.7 the annual report shall be submitted by March 11t
following the reporting year. A review of available records shows the 2023 annual
report was not submitted. Failure to submit an annual report was also noted in
correspondence dated July 18, 2023, and June 10, 2022. This constitutes a
violation of the subject permit. Submit an annual report for the 2023 calendar
year within fifteen (15) days of receipt of this notice.
