Dear Ms. Woodard:
On April 1, 2024, Division of Water Resources staff Caitlin Caudle completed a review of
the 2023 residuals annual report for Reidsville Water Treatment Plant DCAR. This review
reflected noncompliance with the subject permit. The following deficiency was noted:
A. Per Permit Condition IV.7 the annual report shall be submitted March 1 st following
the reporting year. A review of available records shows that the annual report for
the 2023 calendar year has not been submitted. This constitutes a violation of the
subject permit. Submit an annual report for the 2023 calendar year within
fifteen (15) days of receipt of this Notice.
