RE: Facility # AWS 51-39
Dear Mr. Ramesh:
As of today, I am requesting a zero permit for facility AWS 51-39 due to the fact that I have not
had any hogs on the farm since the year 2016. 1 also have monitoring wells on the farm and am
requesting an exemption for three (3) of the five (5) wells that I have not had an exceedance of
in three (3) years. I was told that after two (2) years with no exceedances, that I could get an
exemption from monitoring the wells that have no exceedances. In addition, I am requesting to
maintain the other two (2) wells one time a year. I would greatly appreciate any of the
monitoring that I am doing to be lessened because it is a financial burden on my farm since I do
not have any hogs on the farm to create any income for which I am having to continue the
monitoring.
