Inspection Summary:
Inspection as result of rescission request sent into Central Office on 3/13/2024. The rescission request(sent in by owner of
both permits, Mr. Bob Allen, Jr.) referances the desire to modify the NCG140338 permit issued to Concrete Services
Company Inc, located at 130 Builders Blvd, Fayetteville NC and to encompass the entirety of the Concrete Services and
Fayblock Materials site(s)and all industrial stormwater discharges under the NCG140338 permit.
During the site visit on 03/26/2024 at 130 Builders Blvd, Fayetteville NC, Bailey Taylor met with Joe Imhoff and Amy Barnes.
The most recent, revised maps, of the site were reviewed. The maps concluded the co-mingling of stormwater leaving the
site of Concrete Services and Fayblock Materials. In agreenment with the reasons Mr. Allen provided in his rescission
request, and as a result of the co-mingling of industrial stormwater(of like activities, with like parameters), the Fayetteville
Regional Office finds that rescission of the NCG070137 permit is appropriate, contingent on the modification of the
NCG140338 permit to encompass the entirety of the site and its industrial stormwater discharges, due to the facility still
being opperational.
