On July 29, 20I5, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application, which was
signed and dated onAugust 3,2O15,requesting anIndividual Water Quality Certification from
the Division for the subject project. The Division has determined that your application i5
incomplete and cannot beprocessed. The application iSon-hold until all ofthe following
information is received:

approval while work Onanenvironmental document isinprogress. Please provide 6copy
of Finding Of No Significant Impact or Record Of Decision resulting from the
environmental analysis of the project.
Pursuant t0Title 15ANCACO2H.O5O2(2),the applicant shall furnish all ofthe above requested
information for the proper consideration ofthe application. |fall nfthe requested information iS
not received inwriting within one year of July 29, 2015, the Division will beunable tOapprove
the application and it will be returned. The return of this project will necessitate reapplication to
the Division for approval.
Please respond in writing within one year of July 29, 2015 by sending two copies of all of the
above requested information to the 401 & Buffer Permitting Branch, 1617 Mail Service Center,
Raleigh, NC27699-1527.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under the Section 402 of the Clean Water Act
for this activity and any work done within waters of the state may be a violation of North
Carolina General Statutes and Administrative Code.
