Comment: There is iust one issue that needs to be resolved. An erosion ditch and headcut has developed within
Zone 1 of the buffer. It is not clear if this was a preexistinq condtion or the result of ditch work upstream of
the head cut. DOT staff are reviewinq the plans. Followup will occur over the next few weeks to determine
if the channel can be repaired.
