Good morning. Attached is a map showing the 2 outfalls.The current outfall is actually a little off since the road
was widened. Both outfalls end up in the same water, Cane Creek which flows into the French Broad River. Our
date has always been collected from these two locations.
Please let me know what else you need.

Attached is the verification for Permit NCG 060312.What is the procedure for adding a second outfall?We have
always had 2, North#1 and South#2. 1 have all the testing data to add to the eDMR but can't w/o the South outfall
added.
We had an issue with incorrect owner's name that has been corrected.
Please let me know.
