Hi Laura,
Thank you for providing this, and my apologies again for the delay. I noticed that the impact amounts in the revised PCN
impact table align with the impact totals in the table on the plans for Restoration, Enhancement, and Streambank
Grading and Stabilization. What all is included with the Stabilization (3rd item down on the plan's impact table)? How do
these impacts differ from the "Streambank Grading and Stabilization"?
Before I issue the letter, I just need to verify that 1) all impacts are included on the plans and PCN and 2) what's shown
on the plans matches the PCN.
I would like to get this one wrapped up as soon as I can. Feel free to give me a call next week if you wish to discuss. I'm
hoping to have a full office day on Monday, so I should be available then.
