Hi Shannon and Joey,

I have reviewed the PCN for the Wilson Road Distribution Line Relocation project, which
proposes to replace electric utility poles that support lines that cross the French Broad
River and its vicinity. 80 ft of the French Broad River and 0.001 acre of wetland would be
impacted in Transylvania County. Wild trout reproduction should not be impacted by the
project, and a trout moratorium is not required.
