Good morning,Jessica,
I have attached a copy of the most recent permit.We are in the process of scanning and uploading all stormwater files
onto our Laserfiche repository, however this one has not yet been scanned. If you need further information, our paper
files are considered public record and would include things like the application documents,approved site plans,and
other supporting documentation. The two options for accessing the file include scheduling a time to make the file
available for review here in the office and/or arranging to have the file scanned at your or your client's expense.The
cost to scan the entire file depends on how big the file is($35/inch of file thickness).
I have also attached the renewal application for your convenience. These high density post construction state
stormwater permits last in perpetuity and are currently set to expire every 8 years. The current permit holder, Outer
Banks Development,should renew the permit per 15 NCAC 02H. 1045. If the property has been sold and is no longer
owned by Outer Banks Development,a transfer application should also be submitted to the Division for approval. I have
attached this application as well.The current permit holder should sign as such,with the new property owners also
completing the application as "the proposed permittee."
