We also have the responsibility to the p I ublic to safeguard these records and to carry out our day-to-day program obligations. Due to the large public demand for file access,we request that you call at least a day in advance to schedule an appointment to review the files. Appointments will be scheduled between 9:00air'n and 3:00pm. Viewing time ends at 4:45pm. Install erosion and sediment control devices sufficient to retain sediment on the tract at the following areas:at swale outfalls where outlet structures failed 2. Provide an adequate stream buffer zone of sufficient width to confine visible sedimentation within the 25%of the buffer nearer the land disturbance using natural or artificial means (minimum 25-foot width in Trout Waters)including the following areas:where sedimentation has occurred in wetlands 3. Reduce the angle of graded slopes to an angle on which vegetative ground cover may be established including the following locations:excessively steep or eroded slopes 4. Provide adequate temporary or permanent ground cover on areas where land-disturbing activity has ceased in 7 or 14 days according to NCG 010000 permit conditions at the following areas: exposed or eroded slopes 10. Comments: There is significant off site sedimentation at swale outfalls where the outlet structures failed. Measures need to be maintained until permanently stabilized.As much Sediment as possible needs to be removed by hand or means that doesn't result in further damage.
