I have been reviewing the application for that above-referenced sewer extension. Overall the application looks good, but there are several items we will need to complete the permit: 1. As indicated under Item F. of the instructions, we will need a map that identifies the project components. (sewer lines, pump stations, force main). On this map, it would also be helpful to identify the “High Priority” items associated with the application. I realize it may be difficult to depict this easily on an 8.5x11 map, but you are welcome to provide multiple pages, or a larger size map or design package (as long as these are in electronic format, we can place it in Laserfiche so that it is readily available). 2. As indicated under Item F. of the instructions, we will need a USGS topographic map. The map provided is a hybrid, but what we need is the standard topographic map. 3. As indicated in Item 7. Of the application, if there are “High Priority” lines, as you indicated, you will need to submit an attachment with the details for each high priority line (type, line size, material, location). As indicated above, we also need the location of these “High Priority” lines added to the map. Please provide the above information within 30 days. If additional information/corrected application is not received within 30 days, your application will be returned, and you will need to resubmit along with the fee [ref. 15A NCAC 02T.0107(e)(2)].
