Dear Mr. Giannotti:
The Wilmington Regional Office received your request to modify the existing Certification of
Compliance with Stormwater Regulations, issued to you on August 16, 1995. The modification consists
of the construction of 2,248 square feet of additional impervious area (concrete pool deck and roofed
poolhouse). Based on staff review of the revised plans and calculations, the revision will comply with the
requirements of 15A NCAC 2H.1000. The runoff from 94,200 square feet of impervious area will be
treated in a detention pond sized to remove 90% Total Suspended Solids.
Attached please find a revised "Project Data Sheet" which lists the new requirements for the pond.
All other requirements of the original Certification remain in effect. If you have any questions, please do
