Double Rock Bank Parcel Credit Release – Task 3
Dear Mr. Hutton:
On September 1, 2023, the Division of Water Resources (DWR) received an As-Built Report from
Wildlands Holdings VI, LLC (Wildlands) for the Double Rock buffer Site. A corrected report was
submitted to DWR on January 24, 2024. According to the As-Built survey and corresponding project
credits table submitted with the As-Built Report, there are slight adjustments in the total amounts of
Riparian Buffer credits as compared to the approved Buffer Mitigation Plan. The subject site has
generated 268,564 ft2 of buffer restoration credits and 17,910.200 ft2 of buffer preservation credits
for a total of 286,564.200 ft2 of buffer credits.
DWR received a performance bond (#107977143) issued to Wildlands from Travelers Casualty and
Surety Company of America, in the amount of $100,000, to cover monitoring and maintenance at the
subject site. The term of this bond applies beginning February 5, 2024, and ends with DWR
approval of the Year 1 Monitoring Report. Future credit releases will be dependent on both the
renewal of this performance bond and the annual monitoring reports.
In accordance with the UMBI, signed on September 12, 2022, the following Project Milestones have
been met and the corresponding credits shall be released:
By copy of this correspondence, DWR confirms that you have satisfied the above requirements for
the above-referenced tract and therefore, the following credits are being released and are now
available to sell:
10% of buffer restoration and buffer preservation credits (0.10 x 286,564.200 ft2 =
28,656.420 ft2 ) minus 24,204.510 ft2 yields 4,451.910 ft2
