A corrected report was submitted to DWR on January 24, 2024. According to the As-Built survey and corresponding project credits table submitted with the As-Built Report, there are slight adjustments in the total amounts of Riparian Buffer credits as compared to the approved Buffer Mitigation Plan. The subject site has generated 268,564 ft2 of buffer restoration credits and 17,910.200 ft2 of buffer preservation credits for a total of 286,564.200 ft2 of buffer credits. DWR received a performance bond (#107977143) issued to Wildlands from Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, in the amount of $100,000, to cover monitoring and maintenance at the subject site. The term of this bond applies beginning February 5, 2024, and ends with DWR approval of the Year 1 Monitoring Report. Future credit releases will be dependent on both the renewal of this performance bond and the annual monitoring reports. In accordance with the UMBI, signed on September 12, 2022, the following Project Milestones have been met and the corresponding credits shall be released: By copy of this correspondence, DWR confirms that you have satisfied the above requirements for the above-referenced tract and therefore, the following credits are being released and are now available to sell:  10% of buffer restoration and buffer preservation credits (0.10 x 286,564.200 ft2 = 28,656.420 ft2 ) minus 24,204.510 ft2 yields 4,451.910 ft2 Task/Milestones Credits Released 3) Monitoring financial assurance posted & approval of As-Built Report 10% DocuSign Envelope ID: 80BE2149-62F8-4145-846A-F0C8FE951BDC Double Rock Site Wildlands March 26, 2024 Page 2 of 2 Please note that these riparian buffer credits can be provided to offset permitted buffer impacts within the 03050101 Hydrologic Unit Code of the Catawba River Watershed in accordance with guidelines in the Consolidated Buffer Mitigation Rule, 15A NCAC 02B .0295, which became effective on November 1, 2015.
