The review period for this inspection was January 2022 through July 2023. Over this review period, there were numerous total phosphorus limit violations. The current permit is set to expire March 31, 2024. A renewal application has been submitted and the current permit will remain effective until the new permit is issued. James Sutton is the ORC with Carl Foster as the backup ORC.
