There is a temporary stream crossing that may be causing the flooding during high flows; * There are likely culvert permit sites at R-2413B we have not reviewed; * As Dave mentioned, completed on-site mitigation sites that we have not seen; * U-2525B Sites 10 and 20A modifications. We looked at 20A in April and talked about it in June but have not re-visited for a followed-up. At Site 10, work had not been completed in June. * Sediment clean-ups have all been visited with the exception of the "sump hole in a basin" of which Pm reviewing tomorrow with Nikki. Sediment loss clean ups would be one possibility to review. Also, R-2413 has on-site mitigation in place that we haven't seen yet. Has the additional on-site mitigation for U-2525B been installed yet? We had also talked about visiting U-3326AB (iJS 29 Widening, Freeway Drive), but didn't make it there last time.
