Describe proposed work (include discussion as to how hardening of shoreline has been avoided, or why it is necessary): This is an existing Road Right of Way which is partially constructed. A portion of the road already is in the buffer area, but the entire road is now being constructed which is unavoidable and the Right of Way has been in place since 1975. 8. In the picture uploaded, you can see the white survey stake showing the two trees that are in the Right of Way area to be improved. The 3rd tree can remain, but we have been told it is not healthy and could be dangerous and could fall in a storm.
