The general land use in the vicinity of the proposed project has our home and septic system. 4b. This square footage includes an additional 10 feet on each side of the detached garage which is required for the standard fill dirt slope. We are unaware of any indirect impacts from usage of this land. A small skid steer will be used to assist with any further clearing of the land as well as for the spreading of the fill dirt. 5.
