Encroachment & Resolu�on In September 2023, a 0.04-acre
encroachment on the Site’s south side found
by RS from an exis�ng catle fence was not
relocated to boundary corners during
construc�on. RS moved the fence to outside
the boundary and did a supplemental
plan�ng of twenty 3-gallon plants from the
approved mi�ga�on species list on 12/5/23.
Accepted for Transfer to stewardship Will be assessed for suitability for acceptance
by Stewardship prior to stream closeout.

assets genera�ng 402,837.118 BMUs, 3,057.600 SMUs, and 0.760 WMUs. The final year of the
riparian buffer mi�ga�on monitoring (MY5) was 2023 and the final monitoring for the stream
and wetland por�on will be in 2025. The site is expected to complete final IRT closeout in 2026.
Credit tables, maps, MY5 vegeta�on plot data, DWR Viability Leter, and Recorded Plat are
atached.
Recommenda�on:
DMS requests credit release of 402,837.118 BMUs.
