This review reflected compliance with the subject permit. Other observations: • Surface disposal was selected as the facility type, but the program is marketing and distribution. • Distribution occurred in January, and compliance sampling occurred in December. Compliance sampling should coincide with residuals production to ensure any distributed residuals are compliant with permit requirements. • Potassium was not reported on the RSF but was included in the lab analysis provided. • Nutrients and metals, and TCLP were sampled on 12/12/2023. pH was reported as 5.7. • Only one fecal sample was collected on 12/6/23. The singular sample did show compliance with pathogen reduction requirements.
