The Pre -Construction Notification (PCN) NWP request originally assigned to
you for the above project has been forwarded to me with the SAD Technical
Regional Execution Center (TREC) for further processing. Please direct any

Applicant/Agent: The South Atlantic Division (SAD) Technical Regional
Execution Center (TREC) was established with the Bipartisan Infrastructure
Law (BIL) and is a regional center providing Division support to the
Regulatory community. This will be an asset to the larger SAD to provide
excellent customer service to the regulated public. There will be no change
in the process you are accustomed to, and our review timelines are identical
