SUBJECT: Wasteload Allocation
Nantahala Village
Swain County, North Carolina
The staff of the Asheville Regional Office reviewed the recommended
effluent limits and are unable to sign them as written. It is requested
that the limits remain 30 mg/l BOD and 30 mg/l TSS as they are in the
existing Permit. The facility disPharges to a dry ditch and is absorbed
into the ground prior to reaching the stream. The dry ditch is entirely
on property owned by Nantahala Village.
